[Loves Pink Roses]

I watched this tunic being shown on tv, the chart on the show said this top in small was 37 across the bust. Got it home, it almost fell off me, I got out the tape , measured it, it was almost 40 across the bust. the arms were even baggy, so dissapointing and frustrating, I like the top, but now have the hassle and expense of trying to exchange for an XS. Ive never worn and XS in my life, I hope the next one fits.
