A Shacket

I saw this from the Brooklyn Blonde (a fashion blog)  It's natural fibers so it's expensive.   Made from brushed boucle. Made in Italy.  You can get it at Madewell.  A jacket in a shirt style.

Me neither, I have very narrow shoulders to start with.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I think a shacket has to be able to be worn as a shirt or jacket.

This looks too thick to wear comfortably as a shirt..

I like it!  But I would not call that a "shirt style".  It's a coat, folks.

It appears to be unlined.  Perhaps that makes it shirt-like but it does look substantial.

It could be replicated (or duplicated, copied, or whatever) in a lightweight fleece.

 

I like it, no matter what.

 

Nice length, pockets, etc.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

I like it! Reminds slightly that my grandma had a Pendleton plaid shacket that she always wore. Boy hadn't thought of that in a long time.
