Good morning everyone.
We will be going out to eat on Thanksgiving again this year. I will just be making a pie for later.
My shopping this week has been non-fashion related. A new commode and a rug for the bathroom, which won't be installed till the week after Christmas, but I wanted to go ahead and get them now before the hectic days right before the holiday.
What has everyone been doing?
Enjoy your Thanksgiving, however you are celebrating it.

@fancy pantsy

DD and fam are going to the in-laws (another state - IA)

That is almost always pre-planned!

So this year, for both holidays, we will be on our own.

We are going north in Jan. and purchased our tickets yesterday! YAY🎉

DD always asks us to come anytime for which we are grateful.

The holiday airline traffic (especially at Thanksgiving) is very crazy,

But when all is said and done, at the end of this season, I expect DH will be more excited than ever to move up there.

We plan to make our final moving decision in Jan.

Good morning!

@lolakimono

Important kitties this am!👑

@Snicks1

If we were staying in this house, I'd be replacing and updating because things here need it!

I'd like to go out to dinner for T sometime, but don't know where! Do you all eat turkey on that day?

Sounds fun!

Ok lets try this a second time.

Another crazy week in oxox land -

Monday woke up a broken Keurig, thank g-d for neighbors with Keurigs, spent 90 minutes on the phone with Jet Blue later to find out it was a travel agency, but I was able to get a free seat on our March trip to FL, missed my podiatrist's appt and she had cancellation, and it was only Monday.

Moved B's surgery until after he retires he is fine with that and so is the doc,  he has been watching You Tube videos about the post op recovery and driving me totally crasy. I am freeked out enought and he is amping it up 100 times

Other than that is was a quiet week lol

@LTT1, I know what you mean about things needing an update. They do here, for sure. We remodeled after we moved here, 20 or so years ago, now need some changes made. My step-son is going to do the work this time, as hubby is no longer able. Also getting new flooring put in the bathroom.
Generally, we go where they have a buffet, with a variety...turkey, ham, salmon, prime rib, with all the sides, and dessert. So whomever goes with us can choose whatever they like. This year we are going to the Holiday Inn Executive Center about an hour away.
