Good morning, QVC is on but I am not really watching. Yesterday was my first day out since I came home from the hospital on Jan 8 (other than a doctors appt on Monday) it was great we went to lunch and Trader Joes. I am hoping that I turned the corner yesterday.

Good morning @lolakimono, I have never tried Tarte lip gloss but that's a cute set. If she likes lots of different shades it's perfect.

In my kooky crazy quest for a black midi skirt I made one last attempt and ordered a black suit with midi skirt from JC Penney @Bird mama. It was on clearance and was $49 with a discount code. I also ordered an iron and ironing board cover and a pair of panties to get free shipping. My iron flamed out and started smoking one night this week. I don't even own a black suit or a solid black blazer. So I can split it up or wear together. 

I always keep a new iron stored away so now I needed another spare. I learned not to spend too much money on an iron, I've had expensive irons that didn't last long. They're just not made to last. I remember a cheap $10 iron I bought on vacation once because the hotel didn't have irons-brought it home and it lasted forever. That was many years ago.

We had about 6" of snow Thursday night and Friday, I am pretty sore and tired from shoveling the drive, lol. We had an appointment about an hour of so away yesterday morning, but I cancelled it, the state was advising no non-emergency type travel and frankly, I didn't feel like fighting it.

@I am still oxox   I was going to say the same thing.  I toggled from Hart to Hart to AM Style and when she said, this is my great pout.  I thought yeah, no thank you.

@lolakimono I've used Tarte lip gloss- Never see it in tubes but I do like their lip gloss that has the wand. 

I'd probably get along great with your mom!
