Yesterday it was 103 degrees with CA fire smoke; today it cooled to 100. Fall, where are you?? We broke a record of 5 months with no rain & still no rain in the 7-Day.

I found the perfect condo online last week that had been posted just 2 hours earlier. I called a realtor whose name I got from a referral. I didn't hear back that morning, so I sent a text and emailed again the same evening ... and the next morning. 2 days after my original contact, she finally got back to me. She told me 25+ people had gone through the condo the 2nd day & the owner already had multiple offers. Needless to say, I was disappointed & disgusted.

I got a call this week from a relative I hadn't heard from for a while. It was nice to reconnect.
