I'm headed to PT on Monday - 45 min eval first and 2 PTs already sceduled. Trying this for my aching shoulders & now the hip flexors have joined this party. I'm not happy I just want to go home.

Continuing to move forward with the home re-dos, at least something is on the right move here.

Normal chores today ie bank, grocery store. DH is smoking pork butt on the grill for game dinner tonight, I know it'll be tasty as he's good with the grill figuring out good smoke with a smoker.  Sun's up here, it warmed up this week and yes we have sunshine but Flo's rain will be here Monday they're saying.

A special note to those on the east coast - I am still praying that you all remain safe. If you left your beloved homesites, I feel for you and can imagine you are anxious to return but give it another couple of days as you know you need to wait. God bless you all.

Hi Girlfriends....I have missed these Saturdays....Life has a way of getting in the way of our fun and you have all had turns with that.   Currently we have people in hospital, one daughter going through myriad tests for stomach issues possibly from a long ago lapband surgery, trying to sell our business in order to retire.....well you can imagine.   

        However, I still check in once in a while to see how you all are doing.  Do still enjoy Leah and she is looking great.
