Ahhh, the rain has arrived. I may take today as my "rest" day. Although my so-called plan was to clean both bathroom, vacuum and bake several loaves of zucchini bread (neighbor gave me zucchini). We will see if I do any of it, lol.

I KNOW ivory brave
But I had a Haitian cotton before we got married and cleaned it with a bar of ivory soap.
This sofa used performance fabric and I’m going to also throw a throw over it when needed!
It is an indulgence I hope I don’t regret.

We are virtual for the first semester.

However, something that the union touched on in their weekly update is that they have not confirmed if teachers will be required to report to the classroom (without students) to teach from there.    I wish they would communicate EVERYTHING sooner rather than later as I just spent $1,600 on a laptop to replace my other personal one whose hinges stopped functioning.  I couldn't open or close it any more, and it was stuck at one angle so not ideal for appearing on camera daily.

@lolakimono    My niece is a teacher in Maryland.  Her school is completely virtual and she must report to school to teach from there.  Her dilemma is she has a 12 year at home.  As if things weren't bad enough...she had to hire someone to watch her and help guide her through her virtual instruction since my niece can not be there.  Teachers don't need one more expense...especially now.   So stressful for moms..or dads with kids and they can not be there.  I am retired from teaching now...So I will probably help with my grandkids if things change at their school.  So far they are full time in person classes....but that could easily change.
