I went by the measurements, and looked at the picture to see how they SHOULD fit, being "skinny" jeans.

I ordered a 6, which is sometimes my size, depending on the brand and they fit great!  Other "designer" fashions I have also been fine with in that size, so I figured these would work.

You can also check other retailers to see what their size chart looks like and decide from there.  If you have a Nordstrom in your area, you might be able to try them on in store.  I think you can search by store to see if they're in stock.

@lolakimono: TX again for the details. No Nordstrom's nearby ... but I might order two sizes since Kut from the Kloth has FREE shipping / FREE returns. Love the paisley and the summer wash denim.
