went looking for cropped jeans this week,  guess they are not in this year, and I wanted a high rise,

and I didn't want to spend a lot

found some at RAck where I rarely go,  will wash them then cut them at the length

I like , good thing the raw hem is in now

nothing at Marshalls or GAP outlet

I also ordered this jacket.  We wear red at least once a week for school, so I will get a lot of wear out of it.

Hi @Dawnie  good to see you.  The dress looks comfy.

Another button accent item from JCP.  Comes in several colors.  It appears Worthington and A.N.A. got the button memo Woman Very Happy

Thanks! @Bird mama   Always good to see you!

I have been very busy lately.  Season is over here, things are finally slowing down.  Friends aka snowbirds have all gone back.  Plus home repairs, landscaping work, sick puppy dog, car repairs, on and on!

JCP has this skirt that I keep going back to.  It's 62% cotton and 38% tencel lyocell.

On the one hand I think it would be nice to have a lighter weight denim looking skirt for summer.  On the other hand the material looks a little thin and cheap.

Funny you should mention that @lolakimono

I bought both of these blouses recently.  The cream background blouse feels more like a georgette.

The blue one has more of a satin finish

After I laundered them and line dried them I could still see some fold lines and fired up the iron and pressed them out.
