@lolakimono  I love dropped waist dresses; they remind me of the 1920's.  I'm glad you see the light at the end of this school year's tunnel.

Good morning from the West coast. It's just beginning to get light out. Our temp was only 69 yesterday, low 70's today, but will soar back up to about 100 by Thursday. The weather roller coaster ride continues.

I liked the embroidered jeans but am not willing to spend $100 on another pair at this point.

It's been another busy week. I met with a couple different realtors and signed with one on Thursday evening. A photographer was here yesterday to take pictures of the house. The listing & pics will be uploaded online to MLS, zillow, realtordotcom, etc. sometime today. I suppose that's why I woke up at 4am again after going to bed at 1am - nerve racking. My sleep is so messed up. I've been napping from 2pm-about 7pm after only 2-3 hours at night.

It's also a lot of work to make a house "picture perfect." They didn't want me to have the paper towel stand out, had the chair in my bedroom taken out, I couldn't have soap at any sink, Etc. I shoved the canister set in the oven to get it off the counter and then decided to just throw it out. More purging, but my garage has several bins of what I've already packed.

After I signed the listing papers, the husband of the husband/wife realtor team office called me from the hospital Friday morning. His wife fell and injured her head, her elbow, and broke her leg. I'm now working with the husband and one of their other agents, but I think most showings will be by other real estate offices anyway. As badly as I feel for the wife, the situation adds more stress to this whole process.

My little dog is very shy, doesn't like to be picked up, & is pretty scared of people. I have to catch her, put her in her carrier, and leave the house each time there's a showing. Realtors will be texting me directly for appointments over the next few days. She cries nonstop in the carrier and when people have been coming over the past 2 weeks. Idk how I'll fly with her when I move.

I was thinking of buying a Philosophy bath gel duo, but I'm not allowed to have soap out anyway Lol. I'm already hunting & pecking as I search for the shampoo, extra TP, hand lotion, etc. that I've hidden out of sight.
