So I got my second Moderna vaccine on Monday. I have to say, it wasn't too awful.  The skin reaction on my arm is starting (right on time) but it isn't as bad as it was the first time.

@LTT1  Your apartment is looking very chic. Pretty hurricanes.

@lolakimonoLast year at work, I was asked to create a 2-minute or less video about each of the 2 interns I had. In one I didn't say the intern's last name, so I was asked to redo. The other one was 20 seconds over, and again I was asked to redo. I wanted to sing the interns' praises for them, so I redid both. Ugh, not to mention the number of times I had already started over. The interns were required to create their own videos about their accomplishments. Videos for work can be so tedious.

I've been up since 3:15am Pacific Time, went to bed at midnight, fretted over the house upgrades I'm having done, and fell asleep at 2am. I hope I can take a long nap today.

The new bathroom vanity installation is set for Tuesday, along with the other upgrades. It's a long vanity and arrived in a "door" box that's sitting in front of my living room sofa. I'm realizing that the smell of cardboard permeates the air Lol. When it arrived I wiggled it left & right to get it to the doorway and ended up laying it down & pushing with my feet because it was way too heavy to maneuver.

I'm planning on listing with the realtor the week of 5/10.

It's all weighing heavy on my mind ... day & night I guess.

On the fashion front, I'm still searching for

light-weight wide-leg pants. The temp here is playing with 100 degrees this weekend, far above normal. And now, I'm also searching for sandals that I can use as slippers this summer, maybe poolside/jelly-type ones that are open & cool and I can easily wash.

The sandal below is from Betsey Johnson at Dillards    image.png

For the pants, you are looking for something maybe gauzy and with lots of cotton?
Isn’t polyester hot outside in summer?

@LTT1   The past couple years I bought light-weight AnyBody wide leg pants and Alfani wide leg pants from Macy's. But I dropped 20+ lbs. so they no longer fit. Last summer I found 2 pair of AnyBody pants, but not enough to get through the summer. The Alfani selection dwindled too.

@Desert Lily

I have found out without fail that cardboard boxes set off allergies in my eyes and nose.
