Who's done this - run a lipstick through the wash/dry cycle.  Pretty bad, isn't it?  It's the dryer that really does it.

In 8th grade, I washed AND dried a lipstick and a pot of lip gloss with an ENTIRE load of denim.  It looked like I had painted streaks with nail polish all throughout.  We took the load to a dry cleaner, and they wouldn't touch it.  They recommended Lestoil and a toothbrush. I scrubbed every stain, rewashed, and they came out!
