Freezing cold out here- I think Alexa told me 5 degrees, let the pup out and she wasn't kidding...Brrr.

DS picked up a "retirement" job a few months ago at an upscale thrift that just opened. We (she) shopped loads of stores last weekend.  I'm impressed at her eye for a bargain!  She found an unused Cole Hahn bag for $1 (not kidding), I found an unused Dooney for $29, she found dresses and a few tops.  She's going to consign them at her store! Somehow she authenticates the bags (via website) buffs them up and re-sells, has made $$.

Good morning everyone, it's 4 degrees this morning where I live. It's also been a mild winter here so I can't complain. It's still dragging beyond belief and I can't wait for Spring. Lately the sun rarely makes an appearance. I have one of those light lamps but I haven't taken it out, why I don't really know. 

Anyway I bought the navy Boden striped top from Zulily that I posted about. I've been in the mood to start buying a few Spring items, and I can layer that now too.

Last night I boxed up five small boxes of donations, hopefully that will motivate me to start on some pre Spring organizing and cleaning. I also donated the prom dress I bought last year for $16 and change at the dry cleaners this past week. I'm volunteering at the event again this year. The brand is Betsy and Adam, when I Googled it I saw dresses in the hundreds of dollars.
