@LTT1  Your new digs will be so lovely when you're done decorating. The herringbone is very attractive. It's such a satisfying feeling to accomplish a look/style in a home (although I'm not sure that decorating is ever really complete, as we find new things we love and change.)

Of course since my plan is to work until Spring 2021, I found 2 condos online last week that I like. The 1st one is very affordable but would require a great deal of remodeling and expense to redo. It was built in the 80's and the current owners recently updated with finishes I don't care for. I don't want a shower over a tub either. The 2nd one is just plain more expensive and is under construction with some finishes I like & some that are still options. The 2nd one is priced $80-100,000 more than zillow values it, and I think that an inflated price makes for inflated property taxes too. They both overlook the same inland lake. I sent the links to my BFF, and 1 of her college roommates lives within blocks. However, my BFF seemed snarky that I won't move to her hot temp state. I've contacted realtors on both properties and decided to wait & see; I'm not pressed for time at this point. Naturally I like the pricey one more but it would dip into other funds beyond equity to purchase, which makes me hesitate. Hmmn.

Fashion-wise, I'm still waiting for a LOGO black tank with a dot lace bottom I ordered over a week ago. I had also ordered Ryka knit shoes #A374750 for the warmer weather & am waiting for those. I ran to the mall for bit at noon today. I think it's fun that some of the 60's preppy styles are back in along with the tie-dye and ombre styles.

@Bird mama I love JCP.  Macy's and Sears are in the process of closing at my local mall.  JCP is the last man standing.  If they leave I"m not sure what i'll do -- I'm not sure if the two stores leaving is great news for them or if it will be the final nail in the coffin.

Speaking of JCP, I ordered these yesterday, got the 33" length, 'cause I want them to be full length, not above the ankle, and this top.

The top is Liz Clairborne and the jeans are Ana brand. 

I read all the posts, but have forgotten what most said, sorry.

I totally forgot about the chat this morning, as I was busy with other things.

@lolakimono  and @SoX   I unsubscribed to the emails from Relios this morning.  American West hit my mailbox first and when they asked why I was unsusbscribing I said someone flipped a switch in January and decided to bombard me with excessive emails.  CP hit the mail box later and I didn't bother giving a reason.
