I have gifts to wrap today, haven't wrapped anything so far. Other than that, I'm not planning on doing much today. Had another super busy week, and am so glad that I don't (hopefully, lol) need to go back out to the stores before the holiday.

I'm going to need to hit the grocery store one more time @Snicks1   I need a loaf of bread and will pick up some more ice cream.  I bought ice cream this week and ended up opening the container and having some, lol.  No control.

I just popped over to Mary Beth Roe's facebook page and watched the farewell show for Joel (Honora).  What a nice send off.  Nothing over the top - but ended on a classy note with Mary Beth.

I asked my sister if she wanted a pie for dessert on Christmas Day.  We decided on something different:

@Snicks1   They will be.  Sister is picking up the hot fudge and the cream puffs from Sanders (a local company) and I'm getting the ice cream.

For Thanksgiving we topped ice cream with cranberry walnut celebratiion dessert salad.  It has pineapple in it too (I bought it; didn't make it) and it was a nice way to finish off a meal without feeling stuffed to the gills.

So, here we have two tins of Pitman Davis chocolate-covered fruit and another on the way! 
We do not need all of that chocolate, for sure!

It is a dark, chilly and dreary-looking day here...

I have the sparkle lights on the mantle turned on and also the ones on the wreath on the front door.

The littles are en route to the other grandparents today.

I hope you like it @LTT1   I gave mine a week to air out. I'd flip it over a couple of times a day to give each side air time.  When I put it on the bed - no smells.
