Today I'm going to an afternoon birthday party for my neighbor ... she's 90 years old, and the first person we met when we moved here! 

 I was going to the store with my firstborn son in his stroller, when she opened her door and said "welcome, neighbor!"

HI ho all bought two cute tops at the Lord and Taylor friends and family sale, also [icked up a freshwater pearl necklace and earring as a Christmas present for a friend, she is a singer and when she has a more formal gig she is always looking for things

We got the result of B's MRI and he has a slight tear of his rotator cuff and a fracture, the fracture alarms me more since this is the second fracture he has had in the last few year, we are seeing the Ortho surgeon in early Nov

I am angry with his orignal PA he attempted to take an MRI back in Aug and had trouble tolerating laying for 45 mintues, why did he not suggest a standing one. He did the standing one and he had no issues
