My unfriendly neighbor's water pipe burst yesterday (from the cold) sending underground water into my basement.  I'm going to have the have my insurance company assess the damage, and we're expecting a legal fight on our hands.  This family is not at all friendly to any of the neighbors ... I bet there's one in every neighborhood like this.

Good morning and welcome!

I really can only see the heels of them as her pants are so long.  I do know that she wears a larger size (11 or 12?) so the QVC shoes aren't always available in her size.
