Lola, I don't even know the criteria for this and now they've added some option in the preferences that allow the mods to more or less throttle the hearts like ATT does with internet (rofl).  The boards lit up about this the other day.  Honestly, I struggle to keep up with the new format - I don't have time to get into the minds of the Mods.
