@LTT1  Like you my $$$$ is going into the house right now but luckily our projects are almost finished.  We're working on the kitchen right now too.  Had a 2nd floor tub leak, it was fixed 2 yrs ago, we just watched it to make sure it's really fixed b/c it comes down into kit ceiling.  DH is almost finished with that fix, needs sanding then we'll be ready to paint the entire room.  It's an old fashioned kitchen & pantry room - kit part has range, fridge, a small moveable stainless bar w/2 stools underneath, pots & pans hanging on a baker's rack. Pantry has the sink with window above to gaze into backyard, all the cupboards there too.  Would really love to have the whole area gutted to start again our way but at our age we're not wanting to drop $10-$15-$20K into it.  It works, tons of cupboards, and with our own updates, it will do.  After it's all freshened with paint, I'm switching out the baker's rack for a stand alone buffet type for pots & pans.  Looking forward to that.
