Yes- I think she had planned on adding a skirt too, but it wasn't ironed by the start of the show.

Hi!
How is everyone doing today?
I have a frozen gel-pack on face -- two dental extractions on one side last week!

I ordered off of the Facebook link, so I got what I ordered - all three colors. The leather of the bag is really nice. But it is an exact copy, as I later found, of a Gianni Notaro bag that is manufactured in Italy. The top flap is curved, and the tabs that go over the strap rings are actually formed from an extension of the top flap and the back of the bag. It is a difficult sewing job, and those narrow folded over tabs bunch and wrinkle. The tabs are attached with two brads - one on each tab - and those don't do an adequate job of holding the folded over leather straight across the entire width. The caramel bag is just an awful color. (Think baby excre*ent.) The blush bag is beautiful, but the color is so light that I am afraid of getting a mark on it. If the black bag had been sewn impeccably I might have kept it, but now I am just on the hunt for the same style bag in black. It can be used as a backpack, but with anything of any weight at all it doesn't hang well when used that way. Basically, I would call it a cross between a north-south hobo and a saddlebag. It has the length of a hobo, and the flap of a saddlebag. If the black bag had been perfect I would have kept it and taken it to my shoe guy to sew across the back tabs, above the brads. But the sewing was just too puckery, given the price.

For some reason, Linda's white pants are reading "health care professional" to me today.

PTO catered a lunch on Friday.
I got baked goods and a nice note from a student.
Oh, and I also had a parent meeting so they could complain face to face, because who doesn't like to lose an hour of planning during Teacher Appreciation Week?
It's the one week we get goodies... from the PTA and the cafeteria... none from parents who are unappreciative...but who is complaining?

You need to move here. We have some openings in the district, but not my school, because everyone knows my school is the best working environment. People only leave to retire, and when they do there is sure to be a district transfer because everyone wants to work there.
At least the PTO made you feel special and appreciation from a student is always a wonderful thing.

Did you see my paisley jewelry items? Maybe DH can treat you for M.D. and Teacher Appreciation Week at the same time.
