I ordered BF a few things for his birthday on March 25 (and two things for me too).  (LLB) The order is still "processing" because I submitted it at a time when they were upgrading their order system.  Fine.  So I told BF that his present would be delayed until April.  When it went past the end date of delivery and had still not shipped, I contacted CS who said they would upgrade the shipping to express.  That was last week.  I saw on Mon. that it STILL hadn't shipped, and chatted with CS.  This person said they were very sorry, but it was in the warehouse, so she offered to have them write BF an apology note and I got $15 off my next order.

I just checked today, and it still hasn't shipped.

One thing about putting away the clothes seasonally... When I pull out crops and summer dresses I haven't seen since last year, they feel new. I did get a LLB dress & earth sandals, but then look at all these things coming out of storage and don't feel as much urge for more, in fact don't know where I'd put anything else.
