BF has been sick for about 9 days, with a cough, congestion, etc.  It's like sleeping with an envelope of Anthrax beside me each night.  Very restful, knowing that tomorrow I might wake up with the "disease."

Nope- not the hair either.  Same rules for straightening and ironing, LOL.

Lola>>>so sorry about BF's illness.  Its going around in our area and anywhere you go people are coughing.  DD had the same, and it lasted two weeks.  You have my sympathy...its hard to watch (and hear) them be so sick.

Re Hair, I use a flat iron on mine to give some lift and curl. My iron died while I was in Vegas, so ordered a new one from Sally Beauty, a BeLiss Pro titanium so I would have it when I got home. BIG mistake! I used it a couple times and discovered that it fried my hair, actually melted it. Threw that sucker away and went back to my old brand. Finally got rid of most of the damage last week at the salon, but have another cut to go before its all done. I should start a class action lawsuit, haha!

Hopefully, BF will get well soon...that stuff can be nasty!

If the cape/wrap things are working for anyone... I am happy for you.  I am "renouncing" wearing of ponchos, wraps and capes -- too fussy
