That is their business model, it is weird, I can't understand why they would want to carry such old inventory at all.  Most apparel stores clear out old stock seasonally, and bring in new version of jeans/tops etc....  The Joan trench is very nice, but she presented that herself so it is over a year old at least.

I was thinking how I would like to see this bag reworked in order for me to want it, realized I just want an entirely different bag, lol.

For ex., remove the fringe, lengthen the shoulder strap by about 3-4 inches, take the verticle zippers off the ends and put an open pocket on both ends, straighten the top and put in a zipper...see, a totally different bag.
