If I can evict my cat from my robe, I'm heading to the gym.

Presto was on my shoulder and I was talking to her. I heard him say camisole.
OMG my ears are bleeding - Kirsten broke my drums.
Yes. Definitely. Time to get away from this. Are Oompa Loompas big?........................

I hope everyone has a lovely weekend. We're expecting more cold temps, and freezing rain or snow next week. Joy!

Bye, girls...my dog just started chewing up a tennis ball. Don't know what gets into her. Have a great weekend everyone! See you next SAturday!

I'm going to rush out of my house to hotfoot it over to Barnes and Noble - I hope Dean Koontz appreciates my devotion and sacrifice (lol).

Ha, that made me laugh! It's a good way to "train" your husband!

Ladies, I'll probably see you around the forums this weekend. Time for me to run - the sooner I get in it, the sooner I'll get out of it. I think I may need to shovel the driveway too. We didn't get that much snow but maybe it's a good time to see if the snowblower repair during the spring was done correctly

Dawnie, your family is in my neck of the woods. I live just a ways south of there and work in the Flint area. Thankfully, I can get to work without getting on the expressway.

When we were newly married I read somewhere that you could keep a little "Suggestion" box in the house. Every time you thought of a chore that needed to be done, you could write it on a slip of paper, drop it into the box. Here's the good part - then, when you saw DH with free time you could suggest that he pick one slip of paper at random and do that chore.
Well, let me just say.. my DH is a good guy, but he said, "I have a suggestion on what you can do with that box".

Bird, I used to think I'd never use a Kindle. My son bought me one two Christmases ago. I have 120 books on it. I love tech gadgets and my Paperwhite is my favorite of all time. Soooo many free books and even the new ones are a fraction of the price of hard copies.
