@LTT1 I've been weed wacking since early May, & I can feel the difference in my arm muscles. But, I'd rather have flabby arms than muscles from weed wacking.

I am not one for smoothing camis bec they flatten my chest, which I don't want, but if that is OK w u, u can try sizing up 1 or 2 spanx sizes. I used to do that w spanx, because I was almost trapped by a camisole in the Bloomingdale's dressing room trying it on and I thought I might die getting out of it.

Spanx did have an underwear garment that went from shoulders to thighs w a gap to wear my own bra that I really liked and wore on special occasions, long ago. Hard going to the bathroom, but does not roll up! I also wore their high waisted and regular waisted shorts, and Spanx stockings on a regular basis for many years. The garments now do not look identical to me, but if you try them, size up! 1 or 2. No shame!

I do sometimes want to look smooth and purchased a cami bra in Amazon, Shapeez, that I wear sometimes but not often due to price. They work:

I hold it down w my pants and maybe underwear. I followed their sizing instructions and they worked.

I also bought a commie topper tank because I get back pain. They do compress, I did size up one. Did nothing for my back, but I think they shouldn't show under clothes, if that is what u are looking for, maybe it works for u!
