Lovestoteach - your jewelry, featured above is pretty. I have a carved white buffalo (nick nack) that has some decorations on it. I bought it when I went to AZ years ago. Love that little buffalo.

Not much about cable companies makes any sense. But if we want to do this, I guess we are stuck {#emotions_dlg.mad}

It would be nice if every person at the company said the same thing. I get one person who says the promotional rate applies to residential customers NEW TO U-VERSE. I think, well that's me. When I try to order UVERSE internet, it charges me a higher rate.

I'm not ignorant about my internet service - DSL is ADSL. Uverse is VDSL - basically all DSL when you boil it down. AT&T is the one trying to act like it's different. I'm stubborn on this issue and refuse to pay $44 base per month when I can pay $29.95 per month.

It's the principle and I am not budging. You'd think they'd look at my history and saw wow - Bernie has been a dedicated customer for over 25 years - now she took her cell service elsewhere, is taking her phone service elsewhere. How do we keep her business?

I told a CS rep yesterday, if there were more options in SE MI for internet, I wouldn't be trying to keep my internet with AT&T. I was tired and crabby when I said it {#emotions_dlg.blushing}.

Last weekend I did a chat with mine for service, the cable came loose from the roof. The rep starts in with thanks for being a loyal customer since 1989, etc.

then after we set the appt, tells me there is a $40 fee, JTB "after congratulating me on being a loyal customer you are going to charge me $40 for this??" I was ready to tell him to take the da-- boxes back, so foolish you know.

The thing we like this company because if I need a new box, the office is 10 minutes away and the service people are always on time, so we are reluctant to switch to Verizon, if the service was not good it would be another story,

The service guy came and didn't charge me after I complained to him too.

Bird, what inseam do you prefer?

34 inches. I can get by with 33, but I start feeling like I am wearing floods.

Good Morning girls

Sunny but windy here

I have been shopping these past 2 days/ L&T GAP Marshalls etc.

Still wavering on my IMAN pants

Ate too much last night at the Seder

We had a quiet family dinner, I fed my dad first and then B, my brother and I had dinner. Of course I found out my brother would be joining us at noon. So I quickly defrosted a package of chicken and pulled together a salad.

Brought everything from matzo to desert over to dads and it was a perfect meal and we were all together.

I had made a brisket so we had a lot of food and well Mom would of been very happy we were all together

I'm glad it was a happy time, ox ox. Ina Garten has a recipe for matzo ball soup that looks SOOOOO good. I've been itchin' to make it. I'm off from work this week, so I might just get the chance.

Cute shoes, Bird Mama ! Smile I wish I could wear heels, but I've twisted my ankles too many times, so I have to avoid them now. {#emotions_dlg.sad} I've been tempted, many times this Spring, by the cute Cork Wedges {#emotions_dlg.devil2} but the brain reminds me via flashbacks of what happens. {#emotions_dlg.scared}

I wish Leah was on today. I miss her and I hope she has a nice vacation. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

Mary, I can assure you that I won't be running in these shoes lol. I will probably wear flats when walking from the parking garage at work to get into the building and put these on once I'm at my desk.

I miss Leah too.

Changing over closets is new to me... we don't get much warning here of a change of season... and until now it was just easier to keep the work wardrobe in the active location! So, some decisions about THAT are in the offing.

Hi, Run... and thank you about the jewelry. Purchasing high quality (I hope) Navajo from a trusted vendor is new to me... I have extra pounds, too, and wanting it off... putting it on was lots of fun, though!

Had "ladies lunch" on Thursday (also adding extra pounds) and really enjoy this group! It was a treat.

Happy for you, Oxox. Smile

Bird, you are a tall glass of water. I'm a little envious of you, always wanted to be taller than 5-6.
