Mary, the ceiling fans upstairs are disabled so there will never be an accidental collision between the birds and the fan. I have central air and the fans were in the house when I bought them. I've honestly thought about removing them and only keeping the fan in the family room.

I'm sure to someone who has never had a 'free range' bird in their house, it seems like keeping them the way I do would be filthy. I don't know how to explain it - it's not.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

To my J.Crew people-

I am only seeing 30% off of $200. Do you think they're getting cheaper and the 40% off has gone by the wayside? I am still waiting on the statement necklace/bracelet.

No. I never thought it would be filthy. I think I know you well enough to know you wouldn't tolerate that. I was just curious how it works. I have a friend who has two bunnies that hop all over her house 24/7. I asked her about that and guess what? They use a litter box!!!

My Pumas are back and they look goooooooooooooooooood! I think they are about 10 years old now. When I first saw them in Foot Locker, I had admired them from afar but I didn't try them on. I went home and then became obsessed, and had to have them. Of course, they weren't in my size, so I had to drive to three different malls, only to learn that they didn't follow my sizing anyway, so I ended up purchasing a size I don't normally wear. I got new Vibram soles on them, so for $28 I have "new" vintage shoes. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

This is the first time I've watched any QVC show with the audio on. I can't tolerate most of the hosts anymore, but I have to say that Amy did a great job. She's cute as a button.

We had a rabbit many years ago named Marty who was litter box trained. It worked 99% of the time, unless you snuck up on Marty and startled him {#emotions_dlg.ohmy} whoopsie {#emotions_dlg.lol}

Did anyone see the exchange on Fashionably Early between Linda Davies and Jayne Brown, when LD said you could wear the cotton tee dress to a black tie event? JB corrected her in a NY minute! {#emotions_dlg.laugh}
