I need to do something about the way I sleep.  Maybe I should wrap myself like a burrito and then flop on the bed.  I need to swaddle.  I contort myself during the night and then end up feeling like somebody socked me in my jaw.  I think I actually pulled a muscle on my back - right side, muscle that covers ribcage.
