I've seen some of the fashions on QVC recently and thought I would check out what's happening elsewhere.
I should prefix this with the fact that I live in NYC and have no interest in "casual suburban clothes."
I'm looking for style and color forecasts for fashion 2027 to get some ideas for my knit and crochet pieces. I need to get a head start.
Just google "fashion forecast 2027.
Several places ... I'm reading that wide leg pants are "it" for 2027.

No offense, but I was in New York once. Manhatten and SI. As someone born and raised in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, that was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I will never go back.
I also will not re-visit the wide leg fashion of the 1970's whatever any fashion guru thinks ![]()

I love wide leg pants and happy to know they will continue to be avaliable for a while longer.

I read that the slim leg pants are back. Narrow, straight, cigarette and stirrup style, not the jegging or the super slim but a more tailored slim style

Once? And "no offense".?
As a NYC native and resident, I am offended and don't even understand why you thought posting that was a good idea.
I've been to Chicago and the surrounding areas many, many times--there is no comparison 🥱🥱

I'd like to help, but I'm afraid that I wear mostly "casual suburban clothes"! I wouldn't know what to suggest to a sophisticated city gal like you. ![]()

Yes, wide legs will still be in for 2027. Some slim leg styles are also still being shown. Barrel is on the way out. I am told we will see light baby blues and lilacs in spring along with terracotta and greens.
