I agree, it is a beautiful example of real hand championship that should be appreciated even if you don't like the blouse style.  It's unfortunate we have come to accept cheap synthetic fabric and shoddy workmanship to the point we disniss true artistry.  I can see a Nichole Kidman type wearing the blouse with a black ball skirt at a formal affair.  Me, If I was in the 1% I'd wear it with my $1,000 jeans shopping at Target LOL

Ugly outfit. Blouse looks dumb with the shorts, and worse with the sneakers.

Truthfully, it looks like the top half of a wedding ensemble.  Paired with a long white A-line skirt it could be beautiful.
