what do I need to erase to return my fitbit

After 4 hrs. of trying to set up the TSV fitbit, I am going to send it back. I took the app off my phone, but just got an email from fitbit. What do I have to do to clear the device of my information

@geegerbee I wish I had your answer, but I don't.   I ended up calling Fitbit and a rep patiently walked me through the setup.   Still not sure I am keeping it.  

 

Yesterday I noticed I got credit for a bunch of steps - I was sitting at a red light, listening to some 50s rock and tapping my hand on the steering wheel.  If only exercise were that easy!
