Need help with Tracfone LGL41C. Purchased the TSV and was supposed to receive 1200 minutes. I activated the phone and only have the minutes that were transferred from a previous tracfone. How do I get the 1200 minutes?

In the fact sheet enclosed in your package, there is an automated phone number to call to add the promo minutes. Have your QVC order number handy.

Actually mine came without the promo code or any information to call to get it. I think sometimes a couple of phones not intended for QVC get into the inventory. Both QVC and Tracfone said it happens a bit. Call QVC customer service if it isn't there.
