Today there was a weird message. Now all of my pictures are gone from my internal memory. Where can I find them? No I did not delete them.

Hello @missy1.
Please tell us the type of phone and any of the actual message would probably be helpful too.
It might also be good to know what you were doing when that message came on screen.

Do you have a backup or copy of the photos?

I am NOT a tracphone expert. In fact, I rarely use my cellphone. However, I bought a tracphone 2 years ago, because everyone insisted .. "you need a cell phone".
One reason I don't use the phone is because IMHO, it's got a major limitation - I couldn't store a lot of photos and video. The phone is very limited in terms of how many photos and video it can retain.
I'm not surprised to hear your photos are missing. Again, I'm NO expert. Maybe someone here can tell you how to get them back.

Do you have a SD card installed?

I would recommend turning off the phone removing and reinstalling the micro SD card and then turning it back on. Sometimes they can get a bit quirky.
One of the things I love about my phone is that it backs up all of my photos to both Google's cloud and Amazon's cloud for me. It does it so quickly that on some occasions it'll have the photo backed up before I can delete it. If you have the Google backup turned on and go to https://photos.google.com you'll likely find your mising photos there. I also have Amazon Prime and the Amazon Prime Photo app on my phone and it'll also back them up.
By backing up your photos on the cloud you can still access them from your device, but it frees up the storage space on the phone/tablet. The Google backup can be accessed from the pinwheel shaped "Photos" icon in the Google folder.

LG 84OG
I have a sd card.
The message said like problem with internal memory? Can't remember, it was so fast.
I am beyond upset.
There's no apps on here. old phone
thanks for all your replies.
This old tracfone has a problem with transferring pictures. Can only email them, which would cost a fortune with each one,

@missy1 --- if you are as "untechnical" as I am, may I suggest you take the phone to your nearest WalMart. I have found the phone staff there to be bend-over-backwards helpful whenever I have a problem. If they don't know off the top of their head they will call the TracPhone tech line and work it out with them for you. They will even load the annual "carry over" card for you after purchase.
Best of Luck!

@missy1 here's the info from both LG and TracFone for your LG 840G.

You might prefer storing and viewing your favorite photos on a larger screen phone, or maybe a tablet. And by all means backup. Storage in the clouds means you can look at them from any device, not just one phone.

I have an LG tracfone and I would never store anything of importance to me on it. I move everything I really want to keep out to the cloud.
