We brought our tv in 2009 and have the extended warranty,now the tv has thin black lines on the top and can't be fixed,so they offer me a new 46 inch tv and prorate it,which mean I will have to pay $455.00 if I choose to except,I must have call 10 people,giving me the run around,so beware of the warranty and the extended warranty,I won't purchase another sharp or a tv from qvc.It is six months out of the `15 months warranty and still within the exended warranty,won't do a thing for me.thanks for letting me rant!
