@FuzzyFace: Started with the flip phone and loved it. Let friends talk me in the smart phone when we planned a trip. Didn’t like the smart phone. For me excellent CS and no issues. When they had the flip phone on sale called to make changes. Given extra discount for the flip phone because not happy with smart phone. Only use flip phone for emergencies. Purchase 200 minutes per month and total bill each month $19.78. Did not purchase or pay extra monthly fee for other medical features. Spouse is hard of hearing but no issues with this phone. Everyone has different needs. I tried several different tracphones that were suppose to be easier to use but not for me. I had a friend that wanted to buy my smartphone but I gave it to her and paid for name change and activation fee since she was dealing with breast cancer. Southern Bee

My dad had one for several years, till he passed away, and it was fine. We actually used my mom’s old cell number for it and that transferred over easily. It was under $20 a month total and when we called them a person actually answers the phone. It was a positive experience for us.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
