I got a new dell from QVC, my husband got it all ready to go for me. We are noticing that it says my office mcaffee etc is all trial. It is supposed to be permanent, when I called QVC, they gave me to the 3rd party PC Treasures, that handles the bundling software. when I called them, they just said your husband must have done it wrong, and not followed the instructions on the screen, and that was it!! They were done with me!! WHAT!! I was upset enough to learn that outlook is not part of the package. Now, I am spending valuable time trying to figure this out. I love the computer, but I am afraid I may just put it back in the box and send it back. I wanted to not have to mess with the trials and loading everything permanantly in a few months. I do not know if it was our fault or the companies, but my problem is no one is there for support. Do any of you know how I can resolve this or had a similiar issue and advice.
