Call apple support.  I had it and it took them 15 minutes over the phone to fix it.  It's adware and you want to get rid of it.

I did ,like i said before,but they wanted me to take a screen shot, i do not know how ,i did what they said,but i wasn't able to do it.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.
