pop up blocker help

Where is it in chrome? or Win 8?

Half of my screen is pop ups. {#emotions_dlg.blink}

Should be under Tools somewhere under 1 of the tabs. I don't use Chrome and Firefox is my main browser. Not sure as I have Win 7, but it is usually the browsers that control what popups appear when using the internet. If they are popping up when not online? Might try going to Control Panel and see what options looks the best as far as looking for something under this heading.

On your Menu Bar, find Tools. It's under there.
