need help with assurance wireless cell phone

It worked fine until today when everyone I called had a constant busy signal. I kept trying all day to reach the same people and always got a busy signal. I emailed assurance wireless for help but in the meantime was wondering if anyone has this phone, do you know how to fix this problem? Thank u.
