need help with LG trac phone

Hi all..I have a LG touchcreen trac phone and need help with changing the time on the display.I have checked the instruction booklet and there is nothing in there on how to do it.Does anyone know how to do this? I got this phone from the southern channel when it was a TS back in June if anyone else has the same phone.Thanks in advance for your help.
