need help buying tracfone minutes

We've used up our first year and get offers on the phone but no price is given and can't find the offer online. If I press ok what happens? Do I have to give my card # on the phone? We really don't use up much time, so maybe this isn't a deal for those of us who rarely use it. Any advice?
