the problem I am having is over on the hsn site. I cannot access my order status or any of my other account info. When I click on my order status or 'my favorites' the page just drops down to a blank. I can drag it and open it in a new tab but can not access it from the homepage anymore. I have signed out, back in, changed my password~ can't figure it out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
