iTunes- a little help please

I recently upgraded to a smartphone -droid based. My ipod is now redundant.

I am looking for a painless way to get my podcasts from my iTunes to my Smartphone.

There has to be an easy way to do this, right?!?! {#emotions_dlg.blink}
