iPod Touch Question

I just ordered an iPod touch. Sometimes I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box. So, here's my question.

I have I think a second generation iPod Nano. All of my music and videos on loaded onto my computer. When I get the new one, will it sync and all the stuff on my computer be on the iPod Touch{#emotions_dlg.confused1}?
