Good morning techies.  My brother clicked something on his iPhone 8 and now all his videos are miniature in size.  I have been searching without success for a way to get it back to normal size.  

Anyone know a fix for this?  TIA S. aka Lilysmom

I am not tech savvy at all but when you go into pictures on the iphone 8 there are three dots at the top of the page. When you touch those dots there are some settings that you can change. The top two are zoom in and zoom out. There are three others. Maybe he touched one of those and reset the size of his videos. That is all I can think of as far as settings. There are other phone settings in the main setting section of the phone that you could look into but I suspect that he may have done something in the photo section.

@ellietoo , we discovered how to make the video larger but still had the issue of video sending and receiving in miniature format.  Some additional research revealed that it is the internet provider that compresses the videos, not your phone. 

This can be alleviated if you have iPhone sending and receiving to iPhone.  You have to turn on iMessage in settings.  However, if you have an iPhone talking to android,it will be sent and received in miniature.

Who knew?  As with most techie issues, research usually answers the question.  s.
