iPhone 6 order status "in process"

I recently ordered an iPhone 6 on the 19th and my order status has been stuck on "in process." I contacted customer service and they stated that the phone is being shipped directly from Apple. My E.D.D is set for the 24th, will I be receiving it by then or later? Will I ever get a tracking number? Or...

@purpleafros It's possible if it ships from Apple and they don't give QVC the tracking number that you will not get one.

I'm not sure if that applies to electronics, but I ordered a 14K gemstone necklace that shipped directly from the vendor and I was not given a tracking number. CS said they don't have one since the vendor did not provide it.

I hope it ships soon. It's normal lately for orders to sit 'in process' for many days. As per CS there is an issue with the jewelry warehouse so a different order of mine sat 'in process' for 7 days before it shipped.

You can call CS and they can tell you if they are able to provide the tracking number or not even if it's not shipped yet.

Apple didn't give you a tracking number? I hope you didn't buy from QVC. It's the older iPhone 6 and $320 more expensive.

I have purchased items from Apple. You have to sign for delivery. You need a tracking number.

You should call QVC and ask about the return policy on this phone. Some items on this site may have holiday extended return. Most phones purchased from a wireless company have 14 days.

What kind of warranty are you getting on your new phone?

I got the newest iPhone 6s Plus about a month ago. It came directly from Apple. It started out in China, flown to Alaska then to Lexington Ky then to Phoenix. I got a tracking number in an email from Apple. I hope you got the newest phone and not the older model because it is really nice.
