Can someone tell me what these fields should be for my iPad and iPhone 13?  

The path is settings, mail, accounts, add account.

@CalminHeart it's for you to add your email accounts. You can add multiple email accounts and that way you just go Apple's mail app to access your email or emails. That way instead of going to each individual email app, you can go to one.

On mine, I clicked on where it says add account. Then different email name servers will come up. I pressed the one for my account (whether it be Gmail, Yahoo, etc), press again, and add your email address. I think once you click on the email address, it should sync. I hope this helps. I'm not very tech savvy though...

No matter what I enter, it says it's not correct. That's why I asked.

@CalminHeart, I would call Apple at 800- MYAPPLE (800-275-2273). They can help you figure out what's going on.

I should have listed all the things I've done. I talked to Microsoft since they own Outlook. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with Apple. I made an appt at an Apple store and they couldn't figure it out.  

The only way I can access outlook is on the internet...barely.

I use other for my Comcast accounts.  Once I type in the e-mail address and password, the computer fills in the rest.

When adding an Outlook account, the system asks for the codes in the picture I posted first. I have no idea what those codes are. They used to start with IMAP but that is no longer valid.  

Old Incoming mail host name:  imap-mail-outlook.com

Old Outgoing mail host name: imap-mail.outlook.com

I don't know what to enter for the host names.
