I didn't put Q app on my IPad and I'm either ordering/browsing and posting in forum and it "freezes" or like a delay.
Should I download the app? Will this stop the page jumping &other issues stated.

reviews are not visable either and I find that frustrating. Its been a long time that this has been an issue too. Get it together and fix this.

Hi, @homedecor1 & @Sunnycorle,
I am using an iPad mini. Reviews are showing for me. On my screen they are on the upper right side under the name of the item and next to the item number. It will say, for example, 89 reviews, and if I click on that phrase, I see them.
I am using an up-to-date app.
Be sure that your software is up-to-date.
I am no expert. I hope that someone can help you resolve the problem you are having.

I use iPad and have no freezing issue.

I use an iPad and see all reviews! Not sure what your problem might be.

I don't know how old your ipad is, but I have an old one (I think the second one out) and it freezes quite often. It is so old that I cannot turn it off. Anyway, I find that I have to reset it. Once I reset, it is usually good for a week or so.
If you have an Apple store near you, you might want to stop in and have them look at it.

I'm able to read the reviews on my iPad. I am having trouble with the keyboard since I diownloaded the latest iOS update.

FYI:
I can read the reviews, etc. just wondering if I should download the APP for QVC. I'm using a IPad mini - this is the only site I seem to experience problems. That was why I was thinking I should use the app.

I downloaded the app and tried to use it for 5 minutes. Hated it and deleted it. Never looked back, I've always used .com. I have an iPad2 and rarely have a problem except my pad is about worn out and is slow. I get zippy results on my newer Samsung pad.
