No. Hv been using Macs since mid 90s and never a problem.

Not that I'm aware of.  But yes I had something like tthat pop up several years ago.  I think I shut down the computer and got rid of it.

Once, when we plugged a zip drive into it that had been used to store data from a PC (it wasn't the message you've displayed, but it threw the machine into an endless loop that prevented us from doing anything).

Fortunately I have a Mac laptop, did some troubleshooting, and through a series of keystrokes and assorted machinations, I was able to get rid of it.  Never to be seen again.

That is really something... with all the money Apple folks pay for there devices that a virus would crop up.. Tsk Tsk .
