I have two smart tv's.  One is an LG and the second is a Samsung.  I like them both, but if I had to choose one, I think I would buy another LG.  Good luck with your shopping.

In the last year I purchased two top of the line 4K smart tv’s. One was a 50 inch Sony & the other was a 75 inch Samsung.I love them both but if I had to pick a favorite I’d say it was the Samsung.

to BUY (not by): 55 inch 4k UHD TCL. Comes with Roku already built in.

Excellent price and reviews- including mine. At Best Buy.

Last year I bought a 65 inch samsung with 240 motion rate and a 55 inch samsung with 120 motion rate and the 65 inch wins hands down. The motion rate makes a difference but the higher the more expensive. Both TVs are great though. I stick to Samsung.

TCL. Super affordable and great picture!

Imo, it's ridiculous to spent a lot of money on a TV that will become outdated in just a short while. I did and I regret it now. There are already 8K TVs being sold right now, and I want one Smiley Very Happy. So I think most 4K TVs will being selling for much less as time goes by, they have come down considerably already...look for drastic sale prices in the near future.
